Ordered a vacuum from one of their reps then changed my mind. Their Cancellation Policy states that money will be returned within 10 business days from receipt of the cancellation policy. When I didn't get my money back within that time, they changed it to within 10 business days from when they pick up the vacuum cleaner. When I still didn't get my money back, I started calling them daily. I was told each time that someone would call me back, but no one ever did. One day I was told that I had been given a credit and that it would show up on my credit card account within 24 to 48 hours. That same day I filed a complaint with the BBB. I received a notice from the BBB today with an email attached from this company that they JUST turned the refund in yesterday and that it should be posted to my account soon. I've been waiting over a month! It took me filing a report before they even bothered to file a refund. By the way, their Better Business Bureau rating is a D-. Deserve 0 stars!

Took this job because of money-making potential and belief that hours would be reasonable. Wow, could I ever be more wrong...Work shift starts around 10 a.m. and ends somewhere around midnight. To top it off, after being told that I would make $150/month barring any sales, when the time came to get my first paycheck I was told that I didn't qualify because I did not do enough demonstrations for the week even though there had been no indication that this was required. No paid training to boot.

This company are ripoffs. One of their reps came to my home. I ordered the vacuum cleaner but changed my mind within my cancellation timeframe. They came and picked up the merchandise and told me I would receive my money back within ten business days. Their rep held the vacuum cleaner for an extra two weeks so my refund would be delayed. To date, I still haven't received my money that they told me was in the mail seven days ago. I live in the same city. I didn't know sending mail to someone in the same city took so long.
