car got towed here after breaking down. I had no phone minutes left so I had to walk home to use phone. by that time cops are already towing it and sent to auto return. I call auto return the tell me I need an outside towing company to tow car by home. so I do what they say and we tow truck gets the I have to be present even though towing company told me I didn't need to be. well auto return denies tow company so that. even tho I paid under the time for extra fees the added extra charge. then lady from autoreturn says just write out your make and model with vin# and written permission for towing company to take care. so we write it all down walk a mile to fax machine to fax to them. we called and she said she got it but the tells me I have to have a notary public sign the paper as well....by this time is was alomost time for more fees. so they b.s me around till the squeezed $70 more out of me, this is a scam....no way this is legal.

NOTHING ANYONE CAN DO ABOUT THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS.



They picked up one of our cars after hit and run. When we finally got in it, there were birthday cards opened and the cars and money stolen. Reached out via email no reply.

I really don't know how this type of business is legal.

I returned home after the holidays to find that Auto Return had stolen my chevy malibu from my drive way in front of my garage. I found my car plate on the ground where my car had been. I called the police to report my car stolen. I was given several numbers to try to find who took my car, but no one knew where my car was including Auto Return. two weeks later I get a letter telling me they towed it because it was abandoned in my drive way without a plate and had not been moved in five days. It had a plate that someone had taken off and left on the ground. I was out of town of course it wasn't driven, but it was in my drive way not on the street or city property. For all I know isThey took my plate off my car and tresspassed even though no tresspassing signs are posted. Auto Return STOLE MY CAR. The city of Indianapolis allows them to do what ever they want was what they told me and I can't get my personal belongings or car without paying over $1000. I am on disability. I only get $900 a month. If you are poor and disabled Indianapolis doesn't want you here. I don't have internet' yet everything is online. This is discrimination.
