Profile of Practice ®assura is a Licensed, Certified Public Adjustment firm and loss claim consultancy. We represent and advocate the exclusive interests of policyholders in their insurance claims for property damage and collateral economic losses whether residential, commercial, industrial or marine. The emphasis of our claim practice is resolution of catastrophic and/or disputed losses. ®assura typically acts in the policyholder’s stead by safeguarding their interests and administering contractual duties and obligations to the insurer. In so doing, we demonstrate to insurers, through our own prepared documentation; the value and merits of all losses claimed, in a comprehensive and expeditious manner. Losses are scheduled in accordance to our favorable citations of your insurance contract language, applicable case law and administrative rules. Thus, we document, prepare, perfect and present the policyholder’s claims directly to the insurer, defend them with credible supporting documentation and negotiate the maximum settlement. We perform these activities while permitting our clients to resume what they do best. ®assurais an authority on insurance claim disputes together with the contracts, laws, cases and administrative rules that govern them. We derive our expertise from both the claimant and insurance-defense sides of the claim industry. Our staff is comprised of a large number of specialists including but not limited to: Certified Public Adjusters(CPA, CPIA), General Adjusters, flood insurance specialists(NFIP), Senior Claim Law Associates, Professional Engineers(PE), construction estimators, forensic accountants(CPA), inventory and appraisals(CAPP’s)experts. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. ®assuratypically delivers its services on either a contract or structured contingency fee basis. We prefer to justify our fees on the merits of cost vs. benefits. Our compensation goal: We get paid only when we earn it. ®assurais licensed in approximately16 US states with licensed affiliates in the Midwest, Great Lakes, Atlantic Coast and Gulf Coast regions. We provide free on-site loss analysis and claim consultation. We will visit you on site at your convenience. Generally within hours of your initial call.
