Cool company for pest control ! Kyle was thorough to share advice for the upcoming fall weather and completed the initial barrier, communicating with me and providing fast and efficient protection. The company, Aptive, is new to me and impressive in the same, feels small in a large way.

The two service pros Blake and TJ were very professional. They explained what they were doing. TJ who did the treatment arrived right on time. would highly recommend.

Both Benson Lewis and Raymond Johnson were very professional and courteous. Raymond arrived right on time for the appointment and answered all my questions. I'm in a new build development that backs up to fields and am glad that I started Aptive pest control today!

Austin and Daniel were very prompt and informative on the services they provided. They did a great job removing all of the spider webs and treating areas out in the yard beyond the foundation. They were especially polite and friendly to our disabled friend. Great first impression!

Kyle Romero was the ultimate professional when it came to describing what the treatment would entail. When he was finished, he explained what he had done. He even had a treat for our boxer. She was happy and so was I.

Raymond arrived right on the scheduled service time. I had questions and he answered all of them to my complete satisfaction (especially the ones concerning my pets and the treatment). He went over all of the paperwork and finished promptly. I would love to have him return for the next applications.

DJ and his crew did a great job when they came out to knock down all the cobb webs and spray for pests. He was very thorough and I couldn't have been more pleased when they were here.

Phil Turner did a great job. Offered to come back out any time, if I see anything and gave me his personal number.

DJ came out told me what he was going to do and did it in a very professional manner. He asked if I was happy with what he did and took the extra time to get some very bad spots in the yard.

Randy Wood and Johnathan was on time early and explain what they was going to do thoroughly.they even left dog treats for my dog.

Received an initial service call from Raymond over the weekend. We spoke for a few minutes and he made sure to understand what I was seeing in pest problems before he began work. He gave me safety (pets and food) instructions as he applied pesticides inside and outside, and answered my questions about watering and follow-up visits.

Phil Turner was my service tech. He was on time and explained all procedures in detail and took the time for our pets. We will request for him on our next treatment

I had Johnathan D come out and service my yard. They were professional, explained everything in detail, and had the background knowledge they needed. I would highly recommend their service. I was very pleased.

He was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. He not only did a great job making sure I understood everything (the process, how long to keep the dogs in the house and what to expect now and in the future), but explained it in a way I understood. I would highly recommend this company.
