Bev is fantastic. She returned my email with a phone call almost immediately and was very easy to work with. When I met with her she put me at ease and asked great questions. The end result is a resume format and content that is eye-catching and to the point. Bev described my unique qualities concisely in a short and effective cover letter.

The whole process ended up being a lot easier than I originally expected and Bev took the extra time to go over some best practices for using the resume, such as where and how to make changes when submitting the resume (formatting, personalizing for specific jobs, etc.). She also included a general cover letter and an additional cover letter that can be tailored for specific position being applied for. Both the cover letter(s) and the resume were so far beyond any that I have seen before (grammar, info, word use) that I even have a better opinion of my skills than I used to.

Worked around my schedule, accepting my delays while being incredibly prompt with revisions. I feel as though my new resume is an asset that is well worth the cost.
