AA Appliance Repair

Called Terry early Saturday morning. Fridge and freezer full of ice, water in bottom temp 60 degrees. Terry told us to empty unit unplug for 24 hours. Sunday morning completely thawed, plugged in and within 30 minutes at operating temp. No service call, no repair bill just and honest man helping a desperate customer. THANK YOU TERRY

Our refrigerator stopped cooling and I called Terry at AA Appliance Repair on a Saturday afternoon. He returned my message within an hour, talked me through diagnosing the problem and gave me instructions on how to keep my food cold until he came the next morning--yes, that's Sunday morning! He came on Sunday and temporarily fixed the refrigerator until he came back on Monday to install the broken equipment. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of service we received!

Our refrigerator quit running a few nights ago. We called AA as ad states 24 hour coverage. Terry answered right away and told us what to do based on the make and model of the refrigerator and said he would be over first thing in the morning and he actually was! He gave us several options to resolve our problem and so far the fridge is still running. His explanations were very understandable. We would definitely call on him again!

I was very pleased with the service. Terry was able to come almost immediately. He repaired the broken ice maker and ice dispenser and his charge was quite reasonable.

I was very happy with there service and price. I will call again if i have any other appliance problems.
