Lake Park Family Practice

I’ve been going to LPFP for over 12 years, I’ve seen Marlene and Dawn and Regina, Dawn is my go to for everything, she is great! Super understanding and helpful, I’m a mother of two toddlers and as a mom I feel like I could always do better (of course) but I’ve never been made to feel like I wasn’t doing a great job. My son (2) is underweight (mom fail) and Dawn was supportive and kind and she helped teach me what I needed to do to help him gain and grow more quickly. She’s easy to talk to and never stiff, I have never had a bad experience at lake park family in over 12 years, that’s says a lot!

I had pulled up Lake Parks info to call them and noticed the low score for reviews. I am beyond confused. I have gone to Lake Park for around 10 years and absolutely love them. Dawn Hale is who I see and she has never been anything but helpful and given great care. There have been times where I’ve had to wait (nothing unreasonable) or they may not have been able to fit me in that day but isn’t that kind of to be expected for a busy practice? The front desk staff has always been very friendly and kind. Also all the nurses or medical assistant (not sure the correct name) I have encountered have been nothing but wonderful! Dawn always remembers things going on in my life and ask me how I am, along with how my family is doing. They are always accomedidating to my intense fear of needles or really being at the doctors in general haha. I understand everyone has their own story but I wanted to post this review so people who see this know that some people have nothing short of a great experience with this practice and Dawn.

I loved this place. Best doctors I ever had! The nurses were on top of things as well. The location is really pretty too. I am glad I choose to come here. I really can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!

Disappointed. They almost gave my son 3 vaccinations he didn't need because they pulled out somebody else's chart and they also misdiagnosed both me and my husband on separate occasions requiring us to come back for unnecessary and incorrect follow-ups. I eventually moved my family to another clinic.

If you want to come here don't see Dawn Hale. Not only will she not listen to you but if you have any problems don't expect her bedside manor to be professional or caring on the phone. She got your money, not her problem anymore attitude.
