DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN A STAR!!!



POOR service and products. Benny Hargetts son Joshua Hargett does all the work now. Benny sent his son Joshua to repair my A/C. My A/C broke back down THREE times after TWO times of Joshua replacing USED PARTS, old rusty parts, and then Benny came out the third time and messed with the unit. Yet they never fixed it, and charged me $280 for USED/OLD OLD parts, and service!!!! $180 cash on first visit, and $100 check on the second visit in same day. All of this done in one day!!!! Yet, it quit again the next morning at 11 AM. They will not answer my calls or call me back.



Joshua Hargett placed a "single USED/RUSTED compacitor" on my a/c unit, and my a/c unit runs a DOUBLE COMPACITOR!!!!!



{{{{{Joshua Hargett said on the first trip it would be $180 "cash" or $250 check!!!!! Said if I wrote check I would have to pay $250!! Is that not a con or what????????????????? CRIMINAL AT BEST!}}}}}



Oh, don't think they are on time, or even there at a decent time! That is a BOLD FACE LIE, if anyone says they are!!!! They say one thing and do another, and again, proof is in the pudding!



My 75 year old mother would even tell you that, on the times she has had to wait as well for them to arrive!!!



Joshua Hargett "BENT" our air conditioner lid on purpose because he doesn't know how to take it off!!!!!!! Joshua also borrowed some of my husbands tools, and took them home!!!



Joshua Hargett has taken over the Hargett Heating and Air, yet Benny is still in it somewhat.



Benny use to do good work, well, proof is in the pudding of saying....is my a/c working? Does it have good working parts? Will Benny or Joshua return my callsssss??? NO, NO, NO, they will not return my calls or fix my A/C!



Be wise, and be not deceived by false illusions of this world of people! Pay the price to LEGIT KNOWN companies or pay the piper and LOSE!

UPDATE: The ordeal happened on Saturday 6/14. Called back on 6/15 four times and no answer, and nobody called me back. However, I called on 6/16 and I got LUCKY and Benny Hargetts sister answered the phone. All thanks to Benny Hargett's sister Allison, I got my all my money back!!!! And the other a/c company that worked on my unit actually charged me less than what the Hargett Heating and Air charged me for used and for WRONG parts. ----- I have to completely give all credit to Allison, because she answered the phone, and got the problem accomplished. She had Jeremy Hargett to call me back and finalize the money problem as in giving me all of my money back. Although, I do thank Jeremy Hargett for getting in touch with me and bringing my money, I still owe it all to Allison, because she answered the phone and did what she said she would do, as in making sure I got my money back!!!! With that said, I still cannot recommend this company anymore. Because Allison just happened to answer Benny's phone that moment!!!!! If it had not been for Allison answering the phone, I would still not have my money! So grateful for Allison!! Thank you, Allison!!!

These guys are the absolute best in the business! My regular heating & cooling company was closed at the time so I called them. They come out as soon as i called and got my furnace fixed within minutes. Also they charge way less than the other company that i usually call charges. Highly recommended ★★★★★

This is an awesome business. They specialize in all oil heating needs. Low service call fee. Very honest and trustworthy people. They will come out as soon as you call. I had a bad emergency heat situation at 3 in the morning, and they came out.

This is a great business in fact this business is family owned and operated since 1962 They are very good and they are great people They have lived in this community for over 70 years There rates are unbeatable and very sharp on all brands of heating and air cond and also electrical needs.They are the best in town. They are also the best service men on oil heat .
