        Grayson Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1998, we have 8 private rooms, 56 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Grayson also offers features such as a garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, pastoral support and transportation services.         Nursing homes seem like a great place to send your loved ones. However, when abuse, neglect, and drug use is taking place how safe are they? This nursing home may be a 5 star facility, but people don't see what happens on the inside. CNAs being forceful and rough with residents, nurses high on pills, employees coming in smelling of alcohol. All this is covered up by administration in order to maintain their "perfect" rating. If a staff member is complained about they are simply moved to a different hall on a different shift. BEWARE!
