        Rude and unprofessional staff. Clueless about knowing what customer service is much less providing it. Seriously...don't waste you time or money here. Take your business somewhere you are valued and appreciated.

        This place is wonderful. I'm cheap so when something breaks, I try to fix it. I've gotten parts for washers, dryers, vacuums, and now need a part for my oven. They are always helpful and SO much cheaper than anyone else.

        Misslabeled products on-line. The part did not fit the grill they claimed it would and then refused to pay for shipping to return it. Stay away!
