        My family and I have been coming to Jones Auto for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable and have very reasonable prices. Most importantly they have excellent integrity.

        I would give no stars if I could ..they RUINED MY CAR ON PURPOSE. I TOOK MY CAR HERE FOR A MINOR REPAIR, THREE WEEKS AND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS AND FOUR BIZARRE BACK TO BACK REPAIRS LATER AND MY CAR IS TOTALLED. NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE..WORST SHOP EVER :-(

        I am single, middle aged mom so worry about getting ripped off because of lack of knowledge of auto repair. I took my car in to Jones Auto Service because it wasn't acting right. They looked at it did a calibration and didn't charge me anything. Three months later I thought it was doing the same thing so I took it back. This time it turned out to be something else and fixed it in an hour and the fee was only $100.00. I believe they give great service and can be trusted not to charge for things you don't need or overcharge for the service they are providing. Sheila Mann Nanninga, Lee's Summit, MO
