Girls Go Green- Eco-friendley housecleaning

I had them out for a cleaning this week and they were lovely and did everything I asked. I would really recommend them for the price.

THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE CLEANERS. I had scheduled them to clean my parents house, and they changed the time they originally set 2 different times before the day came. I figured it was just because it was around Thanksgiving. But upon the 2 ladies arriving, 20 minutes late, they only proceeded to stay 1 hour and 20 minutes and didn't do a darn thing in my opinion. They acted like they had never cleaned before. They "completed" only one room (I can clean my parents WHOLE house in about 2 hours). In "completed", I mean they only vacuumed. The toilet, tub, shower, mirrors, baseboards, etc weren't even touched. Mind you I had made sure the entire house was picked up before they came. So who knows what they were doing this time period. After leaving early and VERY awful service, I called the owner. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't know what was going on and would be by to check out the work that was done later that afternoon. Needless to say he never showed up. So I called him the next day and of course he made up some stupid excuse and told me I should be happy that one room got "cleaned." And if I had a problem with him take it up with Groupon. I informed him that it was not right the way he ran his business and he would never get a referral from me and I would let everyone I knew exactly how awful his company was. He told me it didn't matter because he already had other customers. I hope future "customers" read these reviews. This company is a JOKE! They should be put out of business.

I really wanted to give them a shot. Had them out twice & was unhappy both times. The second time I had her come back & take care of missed areas. All she did was clean the specific spot that I showed her, instead of going back over the room. I am so disappointed & upset I wasted my money.

For the price they did barely anything. The house was all picked up before arrival. The kitchen floor was cleaned nice but everything else was barely dust mopped. Most of the carpets were not vacuumed, the blinds weren't dusted, the white cabinets and refrigerator were not wiped down, the bathroom tile was not washed and no trash cans were emptied. Maybe i'm being picky but for what 2 ppl did in an hour I could have done by myself in less time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- THIS IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Owners are unwilling to work with people and make sure the job is done right to begin with. This company did not use the time paid for and flat out told me it was not their job to do so. They told me to go back to Groupon and just get my money back because they were unwilling to take care of the things they said they were going to do from the beginning. Rude, difficult to work with, scheduling issues, house was not cleaned, only lightly dusted and vacuumed. Don't expect them to mop or dust or wipe anything down - they won't do it. Sent pictures of uncleaned items and they told me they would not come back and clean or look at the uncleaned items. Flat out told me to be happy with the 1/2 cleaned house I got. Cleaning people left 1 1/2 hours before the 4 hour cleaning session was complete. BIGGEST WASTE EVER!
