Budget Muffler LLC

They were recommended by a family member. Did not disappoint. What was a muffler job to pass inspection, was fixed with a flange repair that cost 10% of what the other shop quoted. Fast and knowledgable, I was in and out in 15 minutes and very friendly even during a pandemic.

I was a young mom w/ two young children still in carseats. My muffler was leaking to where I could smell it inside the car. I pulled in on a whim to see how much it was going to cost. What he told me was very reasonable. I asked him to run both of my cards, hoping one of them would show my money to have posted. It had not, so i told him Id be back Friday. (this was on a Monday). To my surprise, He told me to go sit down, that he would take care of it. Not sure what that meant, I waited about 15 minutes before he came back and said "all done. Come pay me Friday. I do it for the babies. Those fumes no good." Needless to say, I just about cried! And I did most certainly return and pay my bill. I have referred many many people over the years and am headed there again right now!!

Terrible, the man that fix cars is very rude and disrespectful. He refused to work on my car because I asked him a question about his prices. He threw me out his shop he's a racist!!!

I have been taking my vehicle to Budget for years. The staff is courteous and have treated me (a woman) with respect and go to great lengths to explain things to me and show me exactly what the problem is if possible. They have saved us a great deal of money of the years as well. I highly recommend them.
