Incline Property Management

Horrible customer service! Lack of communication! No follow through to customer requests! Based on the level of my experience I have had with them I would never use them again and go else where!As read on yelp reviews other people had problems getting their deposits back and so did we!!! We were charged an outrageous amount for cleaning that was taken out of the deposit. $400+ just to clean the carpet and an additional $200 to clean the house that was way cleaner than when we moved into it!! Said they would provide invoices and never got them even though I asked for them at least 4 times!! Them writing amounts on their letter head is not an invoice and that's what I got instead. Also charged me for IVGID bill even though I already paid it AND told them I already paid it TWO TIMES!!!
