We've been faithful customers of DJ's for 28 years (8 dogs and counting). We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else, even though we have a long drive from downtown St. Louis. Our dogs know as soon as we turn down their street and start yapping and wagging their tails to play at DJ's. We also had a very sick elderly dog, and we were amazed at the loving care and treatment he received. They called us frequently with updates and treated him like their own. Brenda is wonderful, extremely gracious, and very kind to us and our babies. We're lifers with DJ's.

I've been taking my dogs to DJ's for at least 10 years. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Brenda's loving care! I had a toy poodle who was 16 when we lost her. She had been boarded many times in her last few years of life and Brenda went out of her way with my elderly dog. When Bailey wouldn't eat, Brenda even boiled chicken for her. I now have two puppies who have stayed with Brenda twice and they love it. Beside my family, Brenda is the only one I trust to take care of my pets. The pictures above are outdated. The office, yard and kennels have all been replaced in the past year and it looks great!

Been taking my animals to DJs for over a decade - they love it and love Brenda. She is pretty much a one woman operation - lives on site - so she is busy but takes care of every animal in her care with awesome dedication. Her place is clean as a whistle, my dogs get pampered, play time, treats, meds if needed, and always run to the gate when we arrive... to get in! She loves animals and sometimes takes in strays and finds homes for them - she is very busy so that may explain harried phonecalls but if you meet her in person, you will like her immediately.

The new owner is doing a superb job. She has been dedicated to updating the buildings and reinvesting her earnings to make DJ's a terrific boarding kennel. She loves all the cats and dogs who stay there and gives each great care. Her prices are quite reasonable as well as the time to drop off and pick up.

Brenda the owner is extremely rude and clearly doesn't know how to work with PAYING customers. If she treats people this way I hate to imagine how she treats the animals. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER leave their animals with DJ's. Shame on her!

I call for inquiries for kenneling bella over the weekend the lady was extremely rude and clearly didn't want business I wouldn't leave a stuffed animal with theses people
