After a terrible experience elsewhere, my husband was referred to this office and he said I should try it. I loved it! They sent me the initial package in the mail so that I could fill it out at my convinience before going to my first appointment. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before I was called in and the hygenist was there waiting to take the x-rays. I notified them that my insurance would only cover bitewings and they were aware because they called ahead of time to check my benefits (not like my previous dentist office) and although they took panaramic x-rays they only billed for bitewings so that I would be covered. The staff was great, very detailed and explained everything extremely well. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great service! What else can you ask for?
