I dropped my dog off and paid them to wash her and trim her nails. As I dropped her off they very forcefully shoved my dog (Roxy) in a crate. They told me it would take 3 hours and to come back then. I got a call an hour later telling me that Roxy was done and I could come pick her up. Upon inspection of my dog I quickly realized that they just rinsed her off and told me that they trimmed her nails. As I looked at her I re-asked if they had really trimmed her nails because they were still long and didn't look like they had been touched. The lady reassured me that they had done it so I gave them the $30 that they asked for and walked out because I was sick of being in there. When I came come I took a closer look at roxy's paws and realized that they had missed 2 nails on each front paw and did not even touch the hind paws. I now realize why this place had so many open appointments. Do not bring your pets here!
