Went to Dr Nguyen 13 years ago with a history of small cancers on my hands. When he found out I wasn't insured, even though I'd just started work for SWBell, he only charged for the office call and not for the procedure. I have since taken my father-in-law and mother to see him. Highly recommend.

While the actual medical procedures were acceptable the billing was a complete mess.

Two different times I was given the full payment amount which I paid only to receive a bill later asking for additional money. When I called to question the billing statement both times it was the same answer "We just made a mistake and forgot to charge you for something" . If you can't do something as simple as billing where esle are you making mistakes. After talking with the office staff I got the feeling that this is something that happens often. Their answers seemed practiced.

I received scars due to Dr. Nguyen burning off skin tags on my neck. I asked him what he could do to get rid of them. He did not discuss any of the consequences, neither physical nor financial. I was told by several different people within the office, after the procedure, that the spots would disappear in no more than 3 weeks. I'm now 7 weeks and counting--they are still very bright red. No one would let me speak directly with the doctor unless I made another appointment-wasting more time and money. The office manager was extremely rude over the phone. I am appalled at the lack of service and compassion with this office.
