Goodwill Stores

Worst! Overpriced, broken junk, dirty. Not all Goodwill stores are bad, this one is the worst I have seen! Auctions starting off at $100, what a joke, do they wish to keep the items? If they wish to sell on Ebay, then they need to close the doors to the public. Who is getting the good stuff?

I called Goodwill to see if they had Snow Ski Suits and the girl who answered the phone told me they had a bunch of them. I drove over and they did not have a single one. When I asked someone to help me she went to the only two girls who answer incoming calls. One stated that she did not talk to me and the other one just acted like she wasn't even asked a question. I waisted my time a gasoline for no reason. I think Goodwill serves a good purpose but if you are looking for something specific don't waist your time to call. I called another resale shop (Designers Encore) and they even called me back giving me how many they had, color and sizes. That is customer service.
