Fence Works

This company had such a great web site and supposed great reputation, but unfortunately I never experienced it. I received a quote 3 weeks PRIOR to a major spring storm and was told it would be 5-6 weeks before they could get to me. I called the morning after the storm and the day after to see about getting an updated quote since the storm blew more of my fence down and when they could be out. They have NEVER returned my calls. Must be too much business to take care of now, that they don't care to help the "little people". Based on just the non-responses I'd be leery of seeing how they follow through on a total job.
