Not a fan! They are trying to charge us for work that was not done, and saying it wasn't put on the payment arrangement. Not a happy camper! I DO NOT recommend anyone use the services.

To start off I gave the dentist office a week to explain these problems to me before I am posting however they completely ignored me.

When I went in for my first periodontal cleaning I was given a kit that contained vitamins that I was told to throw out. A hydrofloss water pick and an electric toothbrush. On this toothbrush was a rebate offer for 50% of the itemized cost off the toothbrush. The only catch was that I needed an itemized receipt to collect on this offer. It took me 6 weeks to get the receipt that I needed only after visiting twice, making several phone calls, and emails. It was very frustrating getting the run around being told that corporate had to approve me getting the receipt. This was finally resolved when I finally got the bill for the toothbrush. I still have not received the itemized receipt to see how much the vitamins were that I was told to throw away.

My second complaint is about the billing for the procedure. At the time of the service it was estimated that I would be responsible to pay about $600 for the procedure. That was paid in cash, no problem there. Two months after the service I receive a bill for over $800 that was not covered by the insurance. I do not understand how the estimate can be so far off. My insurance through the WV public Employee Insurance Agency (Delta Dental) is not an uncommon dental plan. If this is how business is done where the estimate is only 40% of the total bill that people are going to be expected to pay then future customers should know they are going to get a huge surprise bill. I understand that an estimate might be a little off but the final cost should not be over 200% of the estimated cost when there were no unexpected problems a no warning.
