I went in for an endoscopy and they charged me $275 when I was admitted, it has been 10 days since this transaction took place. . Prior to the procedure they screened me for possible Covid 19 and they said I had to have the test done before they could perform the procedure (It sure would have been nice if they told me that on the phone prior to me paying for my driver that day $150+ wasted). The nurse at that time told me she would take care of reversing the $275, I asked her twice because I didn't have a great feeling she would follow up, and I was right. I had the test done, I was negative. I called them back to tell them I was negative and to setup a new appointment. They told me they have no records of me paying the $275 or any billing for that amount. No matter what I said she wouldn't listen, she was rude and interrupted me constantly. Doctor Kinzel might be good but his staff is not worth the trouble. They did call me back but I did not answer the phone, I'll not argue with them about this issue anymore. I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction since I have no faith in Doctor Kinzel's staff

I went to Dr. Kinzel for severe abdominal pain. He put me through a series of tests and told me I just had kidney stones & never followed up with me. I went to a new GI doctor who immediately found a large malignant tumor in my colon (colon cancer). As a, result of Dr. Kinzel, the tumor has grown and treatment was delayed. Please stay away from this incompetent, inexperienced doctor as he has no idea what he's doing.
