Don Chente Bar & Grill

So yesterday my co-workers and I visited this place after work. We received our food as we ordered it. We kept ordering drinks. Everything was fine until we paid the check. We stayed at most half an hour after that to sober up from the drinks. Then one of the girls there, (must have been an assistant to manager or manager, who knows, but she was not dressed like the rest of the waitresses) came to our table and said: we have this table reserved for 9 o'clock to what I replied: so if we are ordering more drinks, we are not going to be served? She said after a while: well yes. I said: so that's like kicking us out. To what she replied with the same thing: well we have a reservation for this specific place for 9 o'clock (mind you, the place had plenty of tables available still) I said again: but what if we want to order something else? She stood quiet and told me with a nasty attitude they would have to find a table for us. I said: so you're kicking us out? She literally and still with an attitude said: well yes! I said: ok. You'll hear all this you're telling me in my review to you guys; to what she simply rolled her eyes and walked away.

As my party and I were walking out the door, she started laughing and looking and pointing at us.

I have never been kicked out of a place and I've been to both lower and better category restaurants.. this is a first.

This girl was rude, obnoxious, and simply uneducated with no social skills.

A restaurant should not have people like her in positions that require people skills and good communication to the public in order to keep the restaurant's reputation intact.

I will be contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs and the California Dept of Public Health as well.

Some of the waiters were grabbing money, cleaning supplies, and food without proper sanitation guidelines.

Customer service from our waiter was very poor.Did not tip him. But I did notice the other waiters did serve their clients in a timely matter.

Food was good.
