Diana Nido, MD specializes in internal medicine, which includes the diagnosis and treatment of many medical issues in adults, ongoing care of their chronic illnesses and disease prevention. She says, The most important thing to me during a patient visit is forming a relationship built on trust and communication.Dr. Nido pursued a career in medicine because she felt it would be very rewarding to make a difference in peoples lives. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree, Magnum Cum Laude, from the American University of Antigua in 2013 and completed her Internal Medicine Residency from New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in 2017, where she received the Resident of the Year award.When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Nido enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
