Eric the sr service manager was awesome the courtesy driver awesome...the lady sam in service awesome...all helpful courteous kind and make you feel valued.... Brett the assistant service manager needs an attitude adjustment. I didnt get a good morning a smile or a hello...i did get a slightly annoyed demeanor and i even was happy and bubbley....rude and needs to be in the back not dealing with the public. Yeah basically hes achieved jerk status!!

This is one of the worst Toyota service departments I’ve been to. So bad in fact that I’ll start driving further to go to another dealer. Service Adviser Lou Simmet embodies the qualities that make so many people reluctant to go to a dealer service department: he’s rude, smug, and does everything he can to inflate a bill regardless of whether or not a car needs the procedure he’s pushing. He uses strong arm tactics to try to separate the customer from their money. Consequently I’ve learned to avoid him, and therefore Toyota of North Charlotte, since he is their Service Manager.

Having received a mailer that offered top dollars on my current vehicle along with incentives for coming in to the dealership, I decided to visit the dealer but had no real intention of leaving with a new vehicle as my current vehicle was a lease with several months before the end of the lease. To my surprise, I was offered a deal on a new 2014 Avalon that not only took care of my existing lease, but actually lowered my monthly payments. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and gave me one of the most pleasant buying experiences I've ever had. Most impressive was that at the completion of the negotiation and once all the details of the lease terms were complete, all the forms necessary had been prepared and were ready for my signature. In previous buying experiences with othat dealers this process has taken an hour or more. It was truly a great experience with Brian Doyle in sales and Brandi Greenwald in Delivery. lewalter

I love this dealership! The customer service displayed by all the associates is exceptional. Paul F, Jimbo, Chris and Joe were great. They were very sincere in getting us the best deal and one we could afford. We liked them so much that both of us bought a vehicle from them today. I live the announcement when someone buys a car. Everyone claps and celebrates! this is now the only dealership for us. If you want down to earth staff, go to Toyota of North Charlotte. Kathy

This past weekend I bought my first new car from Toyota of North Charlotte. They were extremely helpful. Jackie Cain and his associates made the experience enjoyable even when I was overwhelmed. They went out of their way to make sure I got a car that made me happy! I drove all the way here from Virginia for the wonderful customer service. I definatly recommend them if you are shopping for a new or used car.

Alex was the finance associate that handled my paperwork. She was very personable and got to know me throughout my transaction. She was very consistent and thorough with my paperwork. If she couldn't answer my question, she directed me to someone who would. She has a energetic and lovable personality, which is comforting when making such a big purchase.

This has to be one of the best dealerships in the Charlotte area from sales to service and they have a body shop at the same location everyone is very friendly in all if the departments they want to help you from the moment that you arrive what more can you ask. The owner Paul Kramer seems to be there whenever I am there whether it is for sales service parts or the one time I had to visit the body shop with all of the big company owned stores it is nice to see someone who cares about the customer and all of his employees understand that the customer is the most important thing in business nowadays he may not have his name on the building but his employees know to take care of you if looking for your next purchase or service or body shop you have to give them a chance right off I 77 at exit 23

Thank heaven that Priority Automotive took over this dealership. They are honest and fantastic to deal with. Nothing like the previous ownership. They actually provide lifetime free state inspections, oil changes and they guarantee your engine for life when you buy a car from them! Where have these people been all of these years!
