Do not go here!!! I bought Eversave coupons for a manicure, pedicure, and massage for this spa. Eversave stated that you couldn't use the mani/pedi coupon & massage coupon during the same visit. However, when I called the spa I was told that I could so I scheduled my massage for 9am and my mani/pedi for 10. I was thrilled. I arrived at 8:50am and realized no one was there. The spa door stated they didn't open until 10. After waiting a few minutes, the nail tech arrived and let me in. She told me the appointment schedule only showed that I was getting a mani/pedi at 10. I was quite upset about this. She suggested I talk to the manager Eugene who schedules the appointments. He got there shortly after 10am and informed me that it wasn't his fault. He doesn't know how to talk to customers at all and has had 2 prior businesses in Charlotte that failed. The employees told me that he messes up the schedule all the time and that someone is in there complaining every other week. Stay away from this place unless you schedule your appointment with someone else besides him because it is a guarantee that he will mess it up!!!!!
