A very good experience! They were very patient with me & my energetic two year old, & the process that took two days to complete. This was my first leasing experience so I had been looking around for about two years, & Keffer VW answered every question & concern with care. I was just going to look but had a strong interest in the VW Tiguan. They made me an offer I could not refuse, beat any interest rate I was pre-approved with and took my trade. Keefer did NOT pressure me to buy the car but they were professional and cared about me through the whole process. We have 3 VWs in the house and love them!
