Ihave a complaint about a dress that I tried to return on Sunday 10th Feburary 2015. Had purchased the dress for grandaughter. was too big for her. She or I had lost the purchase ticket, so thought could get store credit. This dress was on sale 70% off so I had paid $18.00 for it. When trying to return the young lady said I could not return because it had a slip that was supposed to be attached underneath the dress. I told her there was no slip ever under the dress. In checking the seam inside on shoulder seam there was a snap where there was supposed to be maybe a slip. I told the lady I nor my granddaughter had not seen a slip under the dress. So I left the dress there at the shop as is no use for me as like I said was too large for granddaughter. So am I out $18.00 because someone sold me a dress that was not complete as was missing a under-slip? my name is on the dress there in the shop awaiting your co-operation in refunding my money or credit there in store. very unhappy
