All of the reviews you have read we dead on. People like to say reviews comes from disgruntle employees. This is very untrue. I got fired because I was sick and couldn't work. I was told it was j/a (job abandonment). I wasn't paid correctly, I never earned anything although I considered myself a great employee. The turnaround rate is extremely high. No one knows anything. This is not a company that should even be open anymore. The pay was terrible 9.00 an hour to take geek squad/geek squad ht/ and ask an agent calls were and still isn't worth it. If you can find something else if you can't them be looking for something else before you are canned. Gl in your job search. Please avoid if you can. Btw my boss at the time told our team I was coming back to work this is the only reason I was granted unemployment benefits.

I wouldn't recomend this to anyone.. I personal worked here for over a year and my life was hell ever since then. The pay was great but not for the price I had to pay in the long run.. I have a daughter who had gotten sick and needed me to stay home to take care of her, so i had used my vacation time that i had gotten to stay home as well as my very own sick days..Later to find out that my boss didn't put it in but new about it. I had to sit on my day that i came back when i was told i was working explaining to them where the hell I had been at.. I didn't recieve any phone calls or anything from my supervisor saying anything which was shady. They later fired him for this.. So I thought everything was going to be okay.. Well my husband had returned from over seas so he was able to watch our daughter when I was at work because he was givin time off.. So i switched to very earlier morning shift because they needed a supervisor for that group.. I took over as a supervisor, things were going well. I later had taken a call because we were short staffed and had gotten a 90% on the call because i failed to ask for an email adress and to say thanks for calling geek squad.. which is stupid.. btw.. I was asked out repeatly by the management for dates, I turned him down every time because I was married at the time, and not intrested in him.. I was called in the office and was told that I was being fired, and was to pack up my things and leave the building.. I had no clue what the heck was going on.. I asked him why i was being fired because I had a right to know, He said because of my performance. I asked him if it was because I turned him down on the dates, he just smiled and walked me out.. I later found out what he had put down on my papers, said that I observed im-proper behiavor in the work atmosphere, and im-proper advances amoungst the employies.. I was shocked when I had learned this. It took 4 months to even get my last pay check as well as my bonus checks that I had won and earned.. I was so fed up with this place.. ACtually the best thing that happened here was getting fired from this place.. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone, I dont know what it is like now but this was only back in 07 when this happend.. There company Ethics are so wrong, the turn around rate is so outrageous infact everyone that I trained with no longer works there including my trainer.. I doubt more then 70% of the people I knew there dont work for the company anymore.. WOW !! is all i can say about this place.. Dont bother wasting your time here.. They may have changed but who really knows.
