Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Ate lunch at 1:30 pm. May 11, 2016. It was the worst, most bizarre experience. No coffee, machine is broken. Can't order french fires with the Cheddar's 1/2 club-sandwich pairing because it isn't an option on the pairing's list. (Although we've eaten at another Cheddar's for years and order the 1/2 club sandwich with French fries all the time.) A Monte Carlo was ordered, not fried at all (gooey actually) & for a ham & cheese sandwich, inedible. We called the manager over about the uncooked Monte Carlo sandwich & the manager apologized for no powdered sugar on it, which was not the issue, it was uncooked. the manager was defensive, and obviously did not know anything about how a Monte Carlo is supposed to be prepared. The 1/2 sandwich size on both of the sandwiches was much smaller than our other Cheddar's. We will not be returning to this location, ever. The waiter was polite and attentive, not his fault with the cook or the manager.

My Family and I, dined there Sunday the 21st of April 2013, what a disappointing evening. First we thought of Chinese but my wife wanted to try this restaurant so i walked in asked for table of 3 adults and a toddler, i got seated while my family parked the car, i asked the hostess for a high chair she said nothing and i never got my high chair, ok fine, i thought the server wanted to have everybody at the table to ask for drinks, seeing that i was the only one at the table at the moment, ok, my family joined me at the table, 3 server pass by and just looked at our table but not even a "i'll be there with you", ok, finally, like 8 minutes later, the server comes by and we asked who our server was at what he replied "i guess i am " , "I'LL try to take care of you" , Ok, he took our drink order, FINALLY, and went to other table, another 5 minutes went by and i had to ask the busser for our drinks and he was faster then our server Good job Mr. Busser, so i asked for a high chair again and they brought me a booster chair, ok, so i thought it was funny, so i got up and went got my high chair, the two young hostess saw me and instead of helping she looked at me weird and keep walking, ok, let me tell you the restaurant was not even busy, and this service, ok, server takes order, the aptz came with our main course, OK, i guess, at this point no manager no server and our food, NASTY .................. what a night.... At the end in a very sarcastic way i told the two hostess thank you while they kind of say "ok bye" . Managers, this is your FAULT, Hope whoever is in charge fix this because i could get Chinese for less and the same service.

The only thing I liked about the whole experience was the PRICE was reasonable. Our food was not cooked as ordered, the hostess was rude, we didn't get all of our food, service was very very slow, other patrons were so loud that I couldn't hear the people at the table with me!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! The manager apologized and did take half off the meal but still....I will never go back!!!
