Jon and his business partner have bailed me out several times. They are very good at what they do and also have "old school" business principals such as calling you back, being very thankful for the work that they are given, customer is always right principals and they work hard. The work that they have is due to them doing an excellent job so they are in demand. Their response time is now quicker due to hiring more help. In 2011 businesses were reluctant to hire help due to not knowing if the economic recovery we are in was real or not.

John was great. I tried doing a do-it-yourself plumbing fix on a copper pipe over the weekend and it didn't go so well. I called on Sunday and left a message. Monday morning before 8am he called and said he could stop out to fix it for me. Very reliable and reasonably priced. I've had them out for other things at my house and they do a great job. Have them stored in my phone as the go-to plumber for my house.

I spent thousands of dollars for this company to put plumbing in my new house. When I had a problem with my water softer I called them. With nothing but delays and never returned call's after a month and half I gave up. If you are willing to wait a month and a half for your problem to be fixed I recommend this company. Other wise call somebody else.
