Fitness Together

My experience with fitness together has been exceptional. It has met all of my expectations and more. I feel so much better about myself physically and mentally.My instructors were knowledgeable and encouraged me every step of the way.

Fantastic place to get into shape with trainers who really know what they are doing and care about getting you results. It is expensive, but if you are truly in a place where you want to change yourself this is the place to come. The trainers teach you how to work out so that you get the most out of your body and your time in the studio.

I hate to workout! :( I've signed up at different facilities and tried to work out on my own. All failures. I finally decided to try the one-on-one thing. I've been here July 2010 and haven't missed an appointment.The trainers are patient and willing to work with me. I appreciate their knowledge and experience. I've worked with all the trainers and like the subtle differences. While it would be so easy to quit, I don't. Their encouragement to get through another session makes it worth it. Thank you!!

The team at Hudson FT has done a great job of getting me in shape and keeping me there. They add a level of accountability that you just don't get when working out on your own. I'm about to compete in my second triathlon, and never would have gotten to this level without the help of the team at FT.
