He takes your money and says he fixed your vehicle and then you have to bring it back less than 6 days later with the same problems . When trying to ask questions about workmanship / results and charges . Joe the owner went ballistic.. I guess you are not allowed to ask any questions I honest am I I am honest Joe kept saying . No honest person/company would treat a customer the way he did us. We will never go back.

I brought in a 2000 Grand Vitara for an alternator problem. They promptly replace the alternator and cam in under the estimate. Over the weekend there was a charging problem. I brought it back, they quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and replaced a squeeking belt. There was no charge for my trouble. Impossible to find a good honest shop these days. I have been in the service business for 35 years and this shop appears to be that reasonable honest shop I have been looking for since relocating to New England 12 years ago.

Brought my large SUV in for service there because the dealership's estimate was very high. Pole's delivered quality work at a "fair" price. I am very happy with this first visit to the shop.
