HDS is TERRIBLE. They have had my $6,000 sofa for almost two months and still have not scheduled a delivery date with me. Last I inquired, they said that they are not planning any trips to my area. I live a major interstate in a nearby state. The person who emails me does not communicate anything important. When I get responses from her, which is seldom, no real info is shared. She does not write for weeks on end, and when she does write, she says we will contact you when we know something. Then another three weeks passes, no word, so I write to them, she says she does not know anything, and on it goes. THEY DO NOT CARE. I sure hope their warehouse is climate control, or my sofa will warp. Either way, I do NOT RECOMMEND using them. It is like dealing with the BLACK HOLE. SHAME ON THE OWNER, DAVID WHITSON, for letting his employees treat customers like this. This is not a quality company.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They called to confirm my delivery for a Saturday and I asked if it was possible to get it Friday instead (but if not I would still take the Saturday delivery.) Now they tell me that the truck is full and I'll have to wait another month to get my furniture. Sandra is not a good rep for this company and whom ever deals with her I would recommend speaking to someone else! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE!

I purchased a sofa set from a company called Southern Style. Southern Style used Home Delivery Service to send a sofa, chair, and ottoman to me in California. Upon receipt of the 3 pieces, all pieces were damaged by the movers - there were scuffs & scrapes on all 3 pieces, grease marks on the upholstery, and even a large chunk of wood taken out of a leg. 2 years later, i still have no repairs or reimbursement despite the fact that they promised it to me.
