Shelley Parker Pet Resort

We have been using Shelly for several years now for vacations and don't have enough good things to say about her. She is a caring professional whom I have no problems leaving my dog with. Willow is always happy to go to the "resort" for her stay and never seems stressed coming or going. Clean, spacious, climate controlled pens. Highly recommended!

Great care for both of my dogs! Clean and professional. I recommend this place to anyone that has to leave their dogs somewhere. It isn't easy but Shelly makes them feel like they are at home.

My dogs Chester and Tugboat have been in the care of the Parkers' or their extended family for going on 9 years. They go no place else and have been through minor and major hurricanes, short trips and long trips. We call it the spa. The boys run to the car!

I boarded my Vizsla at Shelley Parker Pet Resort for 15 days in Janaury 2010. We were in Hudson, Florida because my mother-in-law was seriously ill, and we choose to bring our dog with us rather than board him back in Texas. Mrs. Parker is by far the most caring and dependable kennel owner we have ever encountered. She worked with us on our Sunday evening arrival, and allowed us to visit our dog as often as we wanted to as long as we gave her advance notice. She gave Rusty LOTS of extra attention and even helped us with a diaherria problem he was having. Our dog HATES being boarded back home, but he seemed perfectly happy during his time at the Parker Pet Resort, and he didn't even mind when we would leave him after a visit. Shelley Parker truly cares about pets and gives them plenty of TLC. Her kennels and yards are clean and she makes sure your dog receives the outdoor exercise time that he/she needs. Her price is very reasonable and she even includes a free bath!
