Fifth Third Bank

I just love my bank (53rd) everyone is so cheerful and always is ready to help you with anything you need. and they never make you feel like you are waisting their time and just wanting to do what you need and leave. I can ask anything (even if I think it is a stupid question) they will always take care of you and answer your question. you can ask anything and they will know the answer. the customer service is the best. my frien banks at another bank ( I won't name it) but when I go with her inside it seems like the girls and guys behind the counter just want to hurry you out so they can finish their own personal conversation or it might be time for lunch and one time my friend had 2 questions and the girl each time had to ask some-one for help with the answer. I have been with the same bank since 1989. I know it has been sold a few times and the name of the bank changes but for the most part you still have the same faces working there. I used to work in clearwater fl. pinellas county.

I live in pasco county and for at least 7 years if not more, pasco county did not have a 53rd in pasco county. so even when I got layed off from work, I would travel 24 miles round trip just to go to the bank. I did not want to change. I just feel good when I go to the bank and walk in and the workers know you by name. I can walk in and there and here hello susan, how are you today.I don't mean to sound stuck up just because some-one knows my name, but it just makes your day, even when you are having a bad day it just fells good, I could go on but I think you have the idea of what a great bank it is and it is the personal that makes it. you have a great customer service team. like I said I could go on....I bank at the hudson office on us hwy 19. thank you for listening to me ramble
