Clean Formations, Inc.

They arrived promptly, asked to do specific cleaning, and left to the task. Did not clean anything upstairs, despite being specifically asked to do both bathrooms and vacuum. Downstairs, did good job on powder room, not so good dusting and cleaning laminate floors. Terrible on stove and microwave; apparently used dirty water leaving residue over all black surfaces. Even after a week, Microwave smells dirty when run. Did good job on ceiling fan (only cleaned one of 4), however I never requested they clean fans. I was going to to them the next day. I called the next morning to complain, was told that manager was still asleep around 10am and would return the call. NEVER HAPPENED!
Overall, I'd give them 0 stars, but unable to do that on form.
