When I moved into my present home, the previous owner left me 3 windows of

wooden blinds.



They were custom made and had some valance clips that were broken that I was

unaware of. When I went to clean them, the valances came crashing down. I

searched high and low for replacement clips, both in-store and on-line, but to

no avail. I found your company through a google search.



You returned my phone call within hours and immediately began assisting me.

After exchanging several emails & photos--I received the perfect replacement

clips, delivered directly to my home!



What a wonderful way of doing business--the old fashioned way!

Designers are extremely helpful utilizing the existing decor and enhancing the room(s) to the up most for the customer budget.
