I used to go here a few years ago but generally I perform my own oil changes when I have the time. I was short on time and over on mileage a few weeks ago and decided to stop in. The place must be under new ownership. They first told me they would need to charge extra because my vehicle required 6 quarts of oil. Absolutely not, it requires 4.5 quarts, I know this, and I told them to check their book. Then they charged extra for my oil filter (which nobody else does) and charged extra for 5W-20 (which costs the same on a wholesale basis), and they made an absolute mess underneath my vehicle. Oil was dripping for two days in my garage. In fact, I'm pretty sure they didn't even change the filter. The "oil" darkened up after 500 miles too, so I changed it myself again. These guys are either dishonest, stupid, or a combination of the two. I will not be back... or maybe I will with a camera underneath there just to bring these guys down and stop them from screwing less-suspecting others.

Complain to the BBB. Better business bureau of south east Michigan. They will even handle complaints and small claims. Wish I had known. Send them your complaint too. Spread the work about these crooks. Takes 10 minutes!

Crooks-stay away. They water stuff down, they lie, they distract you, they put cracked oil in cars-that's all types of fluid mixed. Know your car, check your filters, They pick and choose who to scam. They make hundreds a day not completing services trust me. They ruined my engine, They hate Americans.

Why would I spend $311 for you to ruin my engine-you wanted me to bring it back so your hood rats could make a buck, BEWARE.of these smiling wolves.

I had no problems with my car over heating and I had heat. Since I had a radiator flush my car not only over heats in about 2 miles; it also has no heat! I'll be back to get my car corrected.

They are fast, friendly, and fair priced. They do a quick check of your vehicle's fluids, recommend you to buy different stuff and upgrade to high quality items. But they don't treat you poorly for saying no.

I received a coupon in the mail for $2 off a regular oil change, which made this the most affordable place to get one done. I stopped in this afternoon and was quickly brought in. I spoke with one of the technicians who took my coupon and told me that since I needed a little better grade of oil in my car (which I already knew), it would cost $3 over the discounted price. I agreed to this price, and they started changing the oil. The owner came over to have me fill out some paperwork, and quickly told me that the higher grade oil I needed was actually going to run me $50, and once I told him I'd been guaranteed a price of $21 and would have to find another place of business...he said "well we've already drained your oil, the best I can do is $50". I tried my best to keep my cool and tell him that I as the customer was guaranteed a certain rate by a technician when the oil was drained--and it was not MY fault that he'd decided on a higher price for the service after...so the "best" he would give me is $5 off, leaving me at $45, over twice what I was guaranteed at the beginning. He then proceeded to tell me his sob story about how expensive the oil was, and offered to give me the empty can to take to the other shops to see if they could have offered me a lesser price, which I have since spoken to several shops who quoted me at MUCH less for this service/oil grade. I'm all for supporting small business, but I cannot recommend the services of these unprofessional jerks. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

Great service. By far the best oil change shop. Very friendly and clear with what needs to be done to your car. I recommend it to everyone.

The crew has amazing customer service and do a great job. It's a little out of my way to stop in but it's the best oil change experience ever and so I make the effort.
