Do you want someone outstanding? i went to visible changes willowbrook to get my hair colored and they referred me to london. I told her i wanted a change, something new and fresh! She told me what she thought so i put full trust in her. Then an hour later my hair looked amazing, she did things to my hair that i thought would never be possible!! i was so amazed with the finished result. she sent me home with some great products that have made my hair feel 10 times better! I HIGHLY reccommend her and will DEFINANTLY be coming back to see her!!!!

my day their was not so good the service was bad the manager was unprofessional the young lady who did my hair was nice but let me leave with green wet hair her and the manager treated me like a criminal saying i was a customer thief called the security on me and the constable as well i left crying out of the salon. i feel like the employee and manager and receptionist and the corporate manager all need to improve their service to their customers and should feel ashamed at how they judge certain customers because they are not up to their standers i well never go back to anyone of the visible changes they are rude and not kind at all discrimination on anybody is wrong and thats what they did never ever again.

I had the worst experience ever at the Visible changes at the Willowbrook Mall in Houston Texas. The front clerks have no customer service skills. I had my son's wedding this past weekend and was running late by 5-10 minutes for my appointment. They did nothing to help only told me my stylist had someone in the chair. I left upset and crying. My sister took me to JC Penny in the mall and they were great! Took me right in, calmed me down and did a great job on my hair. Visible changes needs to rethink their hiring practices. The front desk assistants are the first impression to the public. They obviously have the power to help with business attrition. This was a horrible experience. I love Christine but will not go back to this salon due to poor customer service.

Love this Mall, where me and friends hang out, to buy,talk and eat.
