Visible Changes (Corporate Office & Training Center)

Just left and paid $200 for highlighting some dark under color and a trim. I left with a great cut and the under color was great BUT after having my highlights be done TWICE (once to try and fix them) the top of my head looks like a golden sun. She added more to try and help but said it was because my hair was so dark (I had brown roots with highlights to begin with)Hair looks nothing like it was supposed to. I went back and spoke with a manager and said I'm happy to pay for cut and under color but not the highlights. Since they turned out so bad, and they already tried to fix them I shouldn't have to pay for them. She had a color expert come look and suggested the same thing the first lady had already tried. I said I'm not coming back and just wanted a refund for the highlights. She then says that they do do refunds they can o y fix the problems. Only if they can't fix them can they go through corporate and see about doing a refund. I walked out. I wouldn't wasted 4.5 hours there!!!

The worse place to go to get your hair done. First it took four hours for Chrystal at baybrook to turn my hair brassy when I only went in for covering my roots. When Carl said he would fix it a week later it then turned out green. So now I'm 6 hours into a bad hair job and although they offered to fix it for the Third time , but there is no way I'm letting any stylist or colorist touch my hair from that place. I have been a faithful client since 1998. I spent a lot of money over the years there and visible changes just lost a good client. So now I have dull ugly blonde hair with a green hue to it, plus I now have to. Cut my hair since they overprosessed it, and I'm out $120.00. Take my word for it do not waste your money at this place. You will regret it.

I been going for 9+ years here in North Central Austin (started – Highland Mall – closed down) for last 4+ years South West (Barton Creek Mall) .. from time-to-time my stylist will find another career/goal .. but I try to keep (if they do not leave) my stylist for the long hall .. this is based on them getting to know me and I knowing them .. I am going to change NOW .. Here is my deal: ………. The stylists are ranked as they hit defferent levels within Visible Changes system. I had my color stylist that I was charging me $27.00 per visit on Low Lights (only).. Visible Changes lost my long term color Stylist and now I am on a new one (she been working for 2.5 years – short term for Visible Changes) .. Visible Changes now has gone from $27.00 per visit to ----$60.00 per visit----- .. I am going to find me another company that will tell me up front .. and not surprise me when paying out ... what there new charges are ...! ! ! ! ! ! !! ! ! Never again ! ! ! ! I called for the Unit Manager .. she is off 3-days …. –larry (06/27/2012)

The hair stylist are trained better than some of the cheaper chains you find in strip centers. It is convenient because they are at most malls but they seem to always be crowded..and without fail, the ladies that work the desk..ARE RUDE.

These guys do excellent haircuts and styles and are at most malls.
