Village Family Practice

Brought my teenage son in because he kept throwing up everytime he ate. The doctor we saw literally read something online and said we needed tests. Got the bloodwork elsewhere because they didn't even have the breath test in the office lab and would have to order it so we went to Quest. Took a week to get results back and all she did was post results. When I questioned what we should do now, she said she could refer us to another doctor. Zero help at all! Would NEVER go back. Complained to the office manager, which I have never done, and she said it was up to the doctor whether the charge stood. Of corse the charge was not removed and I will never pay it! I will be making a formal complaint to the medical board though.
