. i live in victoria and got a ride there to pick up car,when i got there i noticed license plate was on dash. he said oh we'll send someone to get bracket and put it on. 2 hours later we are ready to leave ,start car and its making a loud vibrating noise, he said its the motor mount, i said why wasnt it fixed,he said if you buy it we will put it on.ok another 2 hours.we get home im checking it out, they stole everything out of the trunk,jumper cables,flashlights,organizer,ect. i called them and was assured that they do not steal.. i started looking at new lights they installed with new bumpers and fenders and blinker lights were not installed..i got down to check underneath and everything was zip tied with cheapo zip ties.it was my fault to not check it out shady ass place with shady ass people running it.i shouldve paid the $4000 from other places instead of trying to save $400 and paying $3600 from these crooks. never again

The place repaired my trucks transmission and when I picked it up my check oil pressure light came on and then I had a leak from the area of the transmission. They don't have good customer service and they only accept cash so there is no trace of transactions. Looks like I might have to make a call to the IRS and the new team concerning this issue.

The Counterman has horrible service, he gave me a price over the phone and decided to change it when I arrived to pick up the part, he also had the nerve to ask if I didn't want to pay taxes I would have to just pay cash with no receipt and no warranty, this place is full of scum bags
