They returned my phone to me broken. It was like throwing away money…and my phone. It's just not worth it. I'm writing this review so that it doesn't happen to someone else. I wish I had just taken it somewhere else.

They were so rude and bad I ultimately took my iPad elsewhere.

They do not follow through on what they tell you and make misquotes regarding

What they can and will do/services they will perform.

And they (owner--caiton farshad) even yelled at me in front if my small toddler

Eh, they're "okay." I bought a groupon for iPad screen repair and followed directions to make an appointment online. Well they don't have that option. So I tried calling, and got a cell phone vm, but without a recording, and then the mailbox was full. So I finally drove over there and had to come back 24 hours later just to drop off my ipad. Seriously? I already had it with me, and they wouldn't let me just drop it off now and THEN they could look at it in 24 hrs? Nope. So I came back, and was told they'd need to replace the dented silver trim, also. So they charged me for that, but when I got home, I realized they didn't replace it but only repaired it. The customer service was lacking, but at least they weren't flat-out rude.
