The Appliance Pros

Our home warranty company made us use these guys so we didn't have an option. If you have choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They stole our money for a new part, gave us an old broken part, and kept the new one. They are most likely unlicensed, judging by the fact that it's impossible to find them anywhere but on YP. They will not answer calls. They will not show up for appointments. They are just scammers and liars. Stay away if you value your money.

This guy Orlando is a total liar!! He never showed up for two appointments and then the one he did show up for, he said he had to go pick up a part and would be back in 30 minutes... He left my refrigerator in pieces and never came back, never called and would not answer his phone!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I've been without a refrigerator for over a week due to these crooks!!!

Horrible Service. They scheduled me an appointment between 8 and noon, they didn't call nor show up till 4pm and each time i call them for update, they said the guy is almost there. After checkign the problem, he said he'll order parts to fix and will return in two days to fix. almost 4 weeks later, we are still waiting.

This fly by night idiot will schedule appointments and not call or show up on the day the appointment is scheduled. Do not call these guys who are not to be confused with the REAL Appliance Pros at a different number and address.
