        Overall

        Terrible service. Said they would be back the next day to replace a part. Never showed up or answered the phone. A few days later, they said the part would be weeks on back order. I went elsewhere and got the problem fixed.

        The company does not return phone calls, does not let you know when your appt. is scheduled until the day before - if you request an earlier date, they don't tell you whether they are coming or not.
