The Accessory Place

Don't waste your time going to this place. I have never written a review before, but after the bad merchandise and bad service, I got both times, I'm writing. I was given a gift card to this place, last Christmas, by boyfriend. I had never heard of this place before. I checked them out on face book and didn't see anything, I liked. My boyfriend went and asked if he could get his money back on the gift card, (with receipt) and was told, "NO"!!!!!!! He said the woman acted as if he was trying to steal something, very rude. What kind of place will not give you, your money back with a receipt?

I went in about April, saw nothing I liked, but we had to spend gift card. I bought two, decorative bugs, very cheap looking, but very expensive. Didn't use all of the gift card. The woman behind the counter, told me to just give my name next time in and she took my card. I got home to find that some of the rhinestones on them were missing.

I went back in July, and bought some silk flowers, Hobby Lobby quality but extremely expensive. When I told the lady my name and to look in computer for gift card. She couldn't find it. She asked my 5 times, if it were a store credit, 5 times I said NO and explained it to her, again. I was asked over and over again, what name it was under, when was gift card purchased, when did I come in last. If I had a gift card. She had another lady helping her. They finally found the gift card balance. They were extremely rude. When I went to walk away, they started whispering and laughing. I will never go in there again.

Save your money go to Walmart, Hobby Lobby, or Homegoods. You will find the same quality, if not the same merchandise, only a lot cheaper.
