Grocery: foods are often left to expire unnoticed, because their food prices are hardly competitive. I had to sort through SIX cartons of expired soy milk (some over three months) before I gave up.

Baby: their store brand of diapers are more expensive than other stores, yet they are the least effective of all.

Pharmacy: the staff are all completely incompetent. My doctor switched me from one drug to another similar drug, and I had to listen to a RUDE pharmacist tell me that the generic name for both of them are the same (they are not! Blew my mind how ignorant this was!). I ended up having to pay full price because she wouldn't even bother to apply my insurance to it (because, you see, she KNEW best). My husband cannot have certain generic forms of his drugs, there is a note of that in his file, yet they continuously fill his script with it. I have to go back there almost every single time because of some mistake they made. It is the poorest excuse for a pharmacy I have EVER seen. We will be switching to CVS from now on.
