Sunbelt Imports

It took them 4+ months to "repair" 3 of my machines. I had arranged to pick them up at on a specific week, unless they were done earlier. I called Sunbelt, 5 days befor the date arranged to ask about the bill, and confirm the repairs. Charles, the maitnance manager, called me back imediatly to tell me that they hadn't started the machines yet, but that he would call me later with an estimate. He didn't call me, I called the next day. I had an employee/manager picking the machines up, as I was out of state, so I am not sure as to what happened on the day of pick up, except, that the machines were still hot, when he paid for them, and loaded them into his truck. I picked up the machine one week later, and set them up. When 2 of the machines were not working properly, I called. Then 3 days later took them to another repair shop. 4 days after that 16days after we picked them up from Sunbelt, i get the call that they wern't repaired, and that I needed new lines, and groups, which had supposedly been replaced at Sunbelt. costing me another $1500 in repairs I thought were done. NOW one year later, I get an Invoice in the mail, saying we NEVER paid them. I have never had a machine repaired, espresso, or otherwise, and NOT had to pay befor picking it up. So I called, again. On hold for 10mins, for a fellow, who has an incredible accent, says, "it says you never paid." I left him with my number and the promt to call when they figure it all out. We shall see....
