Stoneleigh Ella Crossing Apartments

At first when I moved here it was ok. Then I found out the apartments do not notify residents when things happen. There was a woman robbed and hit with a bat, a pizza man came knocking on my door saying he was robbed, and a man was robbed and shot in the chest. Life flight had to rescue him to save his life, but if you ask the managers, everything is fine. I do not blame the property for crime, but I do blame them for failing to notify residents! Corporate is a ghost! They not respond to calls, emails, etc. Ms. Carla, becomes unprofessional once she feels you start asking too many questions.

Created a account just to let you know. Don't do it. Horrible service for any electronic, they want you to use their cable service. Parking is a crisis cause they have a lot of reserved parking more than normal & everybody rushing to get a good spot at night sucks for you if u work late oh and they will tow your car if you park reserve & there's no other normal spots even. They pretty much let the people do what they. There's a kid who's special keeps breaking in my apartment & peaking through the windows. I want to leave there's always moving trucks around do yourself a favor make a good decision the first time..

I thought this was one of the better apartments in the area. I assumed since it only has 1&2 bedroom apartments, there wouldn't be a lot of big families. So many of these apartments have 3 or 4 kids crammed in. I haven't gone to the pool because it is full of unsupervised kids messing around. I tried going to the gym, but 3 hispanic boys (around 10 yrs) were in there messing up the equipment, and dropping the f bomb every other word trying to be all gangster. No parents anywhere. Just watched 3 teenage kids throw knives at the fence for 30 min. The walls are so thin, you can hear anything outside. Hello car alarms and loud music. If you expect a better living experience, definitely look elsewhere.

This place is great.The staff is very helpful.I love the grounds keeping and the maintenance staff is AWESOME. My apartment is NEW!!! The prices here are unbeleivable I got a great deal on my rent plus I have a POOL, FITNESS CENTER, BUSINESS CENTER, FREE DVD Check out, all of it is INCLUDED in the rent. I love living here. Do not plan on going anywhere!!!

Stoneleigh on Ella is a very nice apartment complex. It is the best I have seen in the area. It is brand new with a lake and dog park. The staff really does go above your expectations, not like other places I have been. My advice is to see for yourself.
